At Tech Market, we aim to provide a transparent shopping experience. Please read our terms below regarding returns, repairs, and refunds.
Return Window
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Conditions & Exceptions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, with all accessories and packaging intact. The following items cannot be returned:
- Devices with liquid damage, physical damage caused by the customer, or unauthorized software modifications.
- Items with missing serial numbers (IMEI) or removed security labels.
- Software or digital activation codes once unsealed or redeemed.
Change of Mind Returns
We understand that sometimes you might change your mind. We accept these returns under the following conditions:
- Timeline: Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Condition: The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 10% may apply to cover inspection and processing costs.
- Shipping: Return shipping costs for "Change of Mind" are the responsibility of the customer.
Defective Items & Warranty Repairs
We stand behind the quality of our refurbished devices:
- Initial 14 Days: If your product is found defective within 14 days of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund or a replacement.
- Warranty Period: If a defect occurs after 14 days but within the warranty period (under normal use), we will provide repair services free of charge.
- Out of Warranty: For repairs outside the warranty period, we will provide a cost quotation before proceeding with any work.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be handled via bank transfer or store credit as per the customer's preference.
