Shipping Charges

Free Shipping: On orders over AED 999.00 within the United Arab Emirates.

Flat-Rate Shipping: AED 20.00 for orders under AED 998.99 within the United Arab Emirates.

Processing & Handling: We process all orders promptly, typically within 0–1 business days (Monday – Friday).

Cash on Delivery (COD) Eligibility

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders within the United Arab Emirates, depending on courier availability in the customer’s location.

Change of Delivery Address

• Address changes may only be possible before dispatch.
• Once the order has been shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.
