General Warranty Guidance

To ensure a smooth claim process, we highly recommend to provide;

Unboxing Video: Recording an unboxing video upon receiving the product to support any future claims.

Evidence: All warranty claims must include clear photo or video evidence showing the specific issue or defect.

 

What is Covered?

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, including:

Hardware Malfunctions: Issues with buttons, speakers, cameras, or internal components.

Battery Performance: Abnormal battery degradation (not caused by misuse).

Software Issues: Factory-related software glitches not caused by unauthorized modifications.

 

Manufacturer’s Warranty (New Products)

For brand-new products, the standard 1-year Manufacturer Warranty applies.

Customers should contact the official brand service center directly for faster processing.

We can assist you with the necessary documentation or proof of purchase if required.

 

Refurbished & Pre-owned Products

All refurbished devices from Tech Market are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

Please contact us at info@techmarket.com to initiate a warranty service.

We will provide repair, replacement, or store credit depending on the nature of the defect.

Warranty Exclusions (What voids the warranty?)

The warranty will be considered void under the following circumstances:

Physical Damage: Damage caused by dropping, mishandling, or accidents (cracked screens, dents).

Liquid Damage: Any exposure to water or moisture.

Unauthorized Tampering: If the device is opened, repaired, or altered by an unauthorized third party.

Misuse: Using incorrect voltage, unauthorized chargers, or installing "root" software/unauthorized firmware.

Missing Identifiers: If the IMEI or serial number labels have been removed, altered, or tampered with.

Accessories: External accessories (cables, chargers, cases) are not covered under the device warranty unless explicitly stated.

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth and fast service for returns, exchanges, or warranty claims, customers are responsible for the following:

 

Proof of Condition: We strongly recommend filming an unboxing video that clearly shows the device, its serial/IMEI number, and the initial powering on.

Secure Packaging: Items being returned must be packaged safely to avoid any physical damage during transit.

Security Removal: All security locks, passcodes, and Apple ID / iCloud accounts must be removed before returning the device. We cannot process devices that are locked.

Data Backup: Customers are strongly advised to back up and permanently erase all personal data prior to submitting their device for repair. While we take reasonable measures to safeguard customer information during the repair process, we do not guarantee the preservation of data and shall not be held liable for any loss, corruption, or compromise of data under any circumstances.

Documentation: You must provide the original invoice or order number and the device’s IMEI/Serial number.

Unjustified Claims: If a device is returned for a warranty claim and no fault is found, the customer may be responsible for handling and return shipping fees.

 

Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

Tech Market shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damage (including but not limited to loss of data or business profits) arising from the use, return, exchange, or repair of any device.

Our maximum liability is strictly limited to the actual purchase price of the product (excluding shipping fees and taxes).

Changes to This Policy

Tech Market reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this policy at any time to comply with local laws or service improvements.

The version of the policy in force at the time of your order will apply to that specific purchase.
